About Us and Our Vision

inclusivaim is a woman- and veteran-owned small business; it is a family business.  The use of inclusivaim technology in academic institutions started in 2014 after Julia, then a graduate student studying optimization, aimed to help her Dad with assigning students to different seminar groups, optimizing over their work experience and demographic information.

Her dad valued the composition of balanced seminars in order to facilitate groups where a diverse number of opinions enriched seminar-based teaching at a senior service college for high-ranking military officers.   Ed served as a professor at the college using these practices for more than 20 years, and enjoyed inclusivaim solutions for the last 7 of those years prior to his retirement in 2021.

Julia is the founder of inclusivaim and inventor of inclusivaim technology.  She holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in applied mathematics and engineering.  Julia is a chief scientist in the defense research and development industry and former military reservist.
